Michael Candelario

Michael Candelario, age 56, passed away Sunday, Nov 15, 2015 in Ogden, Utah.  He was born November 20, 1958 in Ogden, Utah, a son of Andres and Sadie Candelario.  He lived in Layton and Ogden all of his life.  He attended Layton High School.

Surviving are 11 brothers and sisters; Val (Carmen) Candelario, Palm Springs, CA; Cordy (Pat) Quintana, Layton; Andy (Amparo) Candelario, Huntington Beach, CA; Lorenzo (Jenny) Candelario, Lodi, CA; Jake (Delsy) Candelario, Layton; Margaret (Baltazar) Morfin, Ogden; Gloria Mora, Santa Barbara, CA; Becky Woodbury, Salt Lake City; Patsy (Paul) Fraley, Layton; Teri (Jose G) Valdez, Clinton and Pam (Jack) MacKay, Phoenix, AZ.  Preceding him in death, father Andres, mother Sadie Candelario, sister Olivia Trujillo and brother Jose Benito Candelario.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, November 20, 2015 at 10 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 210 S. Chapel Street, Layton.  Friends may visit family on Thursday from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Lindquist Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.  A Vigil with Rosary will be held at 7:30 p.m.  Interment, Lindquist Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road, So. Ogden.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Mountain View Health Services where he lived for the past several years for the care and loving kindness they have shown Michael and the family.
