Michael Robert King, 26, of Kaysville returned to his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, June 11, 2008.

Mike was born in Ogden, UT on March 24, 1982 the son of Jim and Charlene King; the second of three children.

Mike had a special love for his family. He had a tender heart especially with the children. He was loved by everyone who met him.

He loved fixing, building and using tools. Mike''s true passion in life was his work as a diesel mechanic. His talents with his hands came naturally and were shared with anyone who needed him.

Mike graduated from Davis High School in 2000. He was employed by Freightliner of Utah.

Mike is survived by his parents Jim and Charlene King of Kaysville; brother Dave of Dillon, MT; sister Sara (Casey) Walton of Layton; grandparents Garth and May King of Kaysville; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Robert and Mary Farmer, Doris King and Aunt Deanna Jensen.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main. Friends and family may call Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
