LAYTON a€" Michael M. Pendleton, 63, passed away Friday, July 20, 2007.

He was born August 12, 1943 in Coalville the son of Marquis Fayette and Ruby Lorraine Maxwell Pendleton.

Michael graduated from Bonneville High School and attended Weber State College. He was a member of the LDS church and served a mission to Bavaria, Germany.

He married Mel Lords Wales on July 2, 1985 in Lake Tahoe.

Michael was a realtor for over 30 years and was currently working at Real Estate for 2.

He was active in serving his community and one of his favorite things was serving at Camp Wood for Cystic Fibrosis.

He was an avid elk hunter and loved spending time outdoors with his family.

Surviving are his wife, children M. Todd (Linda), Nolan (Annette), Chad (Holly), Nichole, Todd (Susie) Wales, Joey (Claire) Wales, six grandchildren, mother Ruby Pendleton, brothers, Max (Tracy), Kelly (Michele), sisters Judy (Keith) Price and Claudia (Butch) Thompson.

Preceded in death by his father and sister Faye Pendleton.

Memorial services will be held Monday, July 23, 2007 at 12 noon at the Layton 28th Ward, 2550 No. Church Street.

Funeral directors, Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.

In lieu of flowers family suggest donations be made to any Zion''s Bank in Mike''s name to help with medical expenses.
