Michael Bruce Pridemore (MYKE)

SYRACUSE - Michael Bruce Pridemore (MYKE), 71, passed away December 27, 2017 at his home.

He was born January 16, 1946 in Champaign, Illinois the son of Elza L. and Frieda Pauline Graham Pridemore.

He married Sandy on August 14, 1988 in Reno, Nevada.

Myke served in the U.S. Navy in the Vietnam War.  After serving in the Navy he resided in California until 1990 when he moved to Utah with his wife.

He received a college degree in URBAN PLANNING.

Myke loved to golf, loved cars, especially his Corvette and Camaro, listening to oldies but goodies, watching old movies, playing jokes and he loved to make people to smile.

Surviving are his wife Sandy Pridemore, sons, Bryan Jenson, Brad Pridemore, Chris Pridemore, Johnathan Pridemore, daughters, Sheri Pridemore, Dorothy Atwood, Amberlee Norton, Johan Boothe,

12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, brother, Max Pridemore, sisters, Eva and Debbie.

Preceded in death by his parents, brother, Jim, sisters Pat and Beverly all of Illinois.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.  A viewing will be held for family and friends from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the mortuary.
