Michelle Hill Beery, 40, passed away Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at her home.
She was born August 11, 1968, in Ogden, Utah to David L. and Diane Meredith Hill. She grew up in Layton and Ogden, graduating from Layton High School. On June 25, 1988, Michelle married Richard Scott Beery at the Hill Air Force Base Chapel. She was a patriotic military wife for 20 years and always put the needs of her country before her own. She and her husband were stationed throughout Germany, New Mexico, Nevada and Utah.
During their many assignments, over the course of 20 years she obtained her Bachelor''s degree in accounting. She made the deans list numerous times and was invited to join an academic honor group for her achievements. While she was completing her degree she was hired as a civilian employee at Hill Air Force Base and absolutely loved her job and the great people she worked with. She worked on base as a Budget Analyst in the 309th Maintenance Wing.
She was an extremely spirited and courageous woman spending many years being both a loving mother and head of the household while Rick was overseas on military assignment. There wasn''t a challenge that she couldn''t overcome.
