LAYTON a€" Mike Leon Collier, 50, passed away Saturday, March 1, 2008.

He was born June 1, 1957 in Ogden the son of Daniel S. and Phyllis Ruth Miller Collier.

Mike was raised in Layton and moved to Spokane, WA in the late 70''s where he has resided until now.

He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Mike loved the outdoors, liked to camp, hike, ride bikes and travel. Surviving are his mother Phyllis Collier, brothers and sister, Terry D. Collier, Layton; Phyl D. (Gladwyn) Collier, Selma, CA; J.D. Collier, Southern Utah; Dana Cornia, Roy; and K.C. Collier, Layton.

Preceded in death by his father, grandparents and one nephew. Memorial services will be held Saturday, March 8, 2008 at 10 a.m. at the Layton Park Ward Wasatch Chapel, 789 E. Wasatch Drive.

Cremation under the direction of Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
