Mindy Jean Brunsvik Stevens

Mindy was born July 7, 1975. After 34 predestined years of numerous and lengthy physical and earthly trials she was called to her heavenly home on July 25, 2009 as she was embraced in her mother''s arms.

She was truly one of the unspoken kindest, loving, creative, strong eternal optimistic mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend this life could offer.

She was lovingly nurtured in Layton, Salt Lake City, and Ogden, graduating from Ogden High School in 1993 and then went on as a natural and gifted student to graduate as a cosmetologist. Although a natural in cosmetology, her heart was into helping the disabled for many years. She was a true master at compiling CDs and DVDs that told stories of her life and loved ones.

In 2001 she married Terry Stevens and they created a beautiful daughter, Terryn, who starred as "Precious" in many of Mindy''s creations.

She is lovingly survived by her daughter, her husband, her father and step-mother Fred and Renate Brunsvik (SLC), her mother Patricia Jean Brunsvik (Ogden), brothers Troy Randolph (Sunset), Kodie (Amy) (VA), Justin (Stephanie) (GA), Matt (Brandee) (SLC), and Sara Fitzgerald (Ogden). She is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews and other family members.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 1, 2009 at 1 p.m. at the Layton LDS Flint Chapel, 900 S. Flint Street, Layton, Utah. Friends and family may call Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road and Saturday from 11:45 to 12:45 p.m. at the church.
