Vera (Mona) Farley Laub

LAYTON a€" Vera (Mona) Farley Laub, 73, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2009.

She was born on September 17, 1935 in Ogden the daughter of Herbert and Vera Farley.

She married Jesse Laub on October 27, 1955. They had six children, Ron (Chris) Laub, Joseph (Gene) Laub, Jessica (Jan) Parker, Teri (Randy) Flitcraft, Steph (Bob) Schear, and Denise (John) Brown. She has 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Mona worked at Hill Air Force Base retiring after 20 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and brother.

Funeral services will be held Friday, April 24, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends and family may call Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Lindquist''s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road, South Ogden.
