Nadiene Schenk Cummins returned to her Heavenly Father on October 13, 2014.  She was surrounded by her loving family as she passed.

She was born on June 14, 1941 in Pocatello, Idaho, to Elden Fred Schenk and Vada Bennett.  Nadiene married Donald H Cummins on May 29, 1977 in Riverdale, Utah.  Their marriage was later solemnized in the Ogden LDS Temple on June 12, 1982.

Nadiene was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in various callings including Primary and Relief Society President.  Her faith, family, and friends were the most important things to her.  Her faith in the priesthood sustained her throughout her life.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  She enjoyed having the family together for holiday gatherings and summer barbeques. She loved traveling with Don throughout the US and other parts of the world.

She blessed the lives of those less fortunate around here and throughout the world with many humanitarian projects.  Her life was one of unselfish service.  She had a great sense of humor and enjoyed playing jokes on family members.  Nadiene loved sightseeing, sewing, cooking, games, reading, and more.

Surviving are her husband, Donald H Cummins; her sons and daughters, Allen (Cindy) Wallace, Espanola, NM; Dennis (Dorothy) Cummins Wallace, Milano, TX; Rodney C. (Dianne) Cummins, West Point, UT; Sandy K. (Tim) McCray, Vancouver, WA; Brent D (Lucy) Cummins, Clearfield, UT; Jeffrey C. (Michelle) Cummins, West Point, UT; Sherri L. (Bart) Tatton, Layton, UT; Teresa Cummins Peterson, West Point, UT; 21 grandchildren, and 27 great-grandchildren.  Nadiene is also survived by three brothers, Ray (Tamara) Schenk, Steven (Andrea) Larson, and G. Brent (Janet) Larson.

Nadiene was preceded in death by her parents, Elden F. Schenk, Vada Bennett, Elvin R. Larson; and one infant sister, Marie Larson; and one grandson, Derek B. Cummins.
