She was born April 27, 1939 in Salt Lake City, Utah the daughter of Bert Evans and Wanda LaVaughn Morgan Nordquist.
Nancy married Peter Humphries Black on December 4, 1961 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Private graveside services were held under the direction of Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
