Natacha Ann Larson passed away peacefully on June 19, 2023 from Dementia surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 24, 1935 to Ruth Leona and John Glen Purcell, in Ogden, Utah. She spent her childhood in Harrisville, Utah with her five brothers and sisters. She attended Weber High School, then in Ogden and graduated in May 1953. There she met the love of her life Marlow W. Larson. They were married on March 6, 1954 and later sealed in the Ogden Temple on March 6, 2002. They enjoyed 69 years of life together. The marriage was blessed with three children, Kathy, Brad, and Christy. Marlow and Natacha lived in South Ogden after their marriage, then later moving to Taylor and finally back to Harrisville.
She was a devoted wife and mother. She spent countless years working the family business of producing and packaging archery equipment that her husband Marlow had invented and patented.
Natacha had a strong testimony of the gospel and served faithfully in many different callings throughout the years.
She especially loved shopping, shopping and more shopping. She and Marlow travelled the world making so many fun memories with their friends, children, and grandchildren.
Natacha is survived by her husband, Marlow; children, Kathy (Lee) Fielding, Brad Larson, and Christy Larson; two beloved grandsons, Jason (Christina) Redden and Casey (Amy) Redden; three great-granddaughters, Kinsley Lewis, Jade (Drew) Smith, and Sage Redden; one great-great-grandson, Beckham Smith; and one sister, Joan Howard. She was preceded in death by her mother and father and four siblings.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
