Nedra Sue Williamson Watkins, 73, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2011.
She was born April 6, 1938 in Wellsville, Utah, the daughter of James Max and Leola Louise Michaelson Williamson.
Nedra married Dwayne Lee Watkins. They were later divorced.
She was a member of the LDS Church and served as Primary teacher and visiting teacher. Received her LDS Endowment in the Ogden Temple.
She retired from IRS after 38 years of service, having won numerous awards for high achievement in accuracy and quality of service. Nedra also won awards for actively participating in co-dependent therapy in DUI classes, womens'' groups and co-dependent alcohol groups in Weber County.
Nedra liked bobbin lace, crocheting, gardening and caring for animals. She loved her horses and her donkey, Jack, which she donated to the American Heritage Farm in Wellsville, Utah.
Surviving are her sons, Dwayne Lee Watkins, Jr., Guy Mark Watkins, James Cort Watkins, 10 grandchildren, one great-grandchild; brothers, James Max Williamson, Providence; Monte Williamson, North Logan; sisters, Dixie Curtis, Farmington; Lolah Mitton, Providence; and Donna Spillett, Logan.
Preceded in death by her parents, a stillborn son, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 13, 2011 at 11 a.m. at the Taylor 2nd Ward Chapel , 2200 S. 4300 W. Taylor.
Friends may visit family on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s North Ogden Mortuary, 2140 North Washington Blvd and Saturday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the church.
Interment, Wellsville City Cemetery.
