CLINTON – Neill (Buddy) Rahn Paulsen, 84, passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at his home with his family by his side.
He was born May 24, 1934 the son of Frederick Hershel and Meda Amelia Schultz Paulsen in Green River, Wyoming.
Neill served in the U.S. Army in the Korean War.
Neill married Lorraine Ruth Ekins on July 8, 1955 in Ogden, Utah.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Neill liked fishing, hunting, reading and spending time with his family.
Surviving are his wife Lorraine Paulsen, daughters, Brenda (Ken) Stewart, Julie (Mark Gallegos) Paulsen, Kristi (Brad) Wanner, Sherry (John) Jessop, Rhonda (Bruce) Gaertner, son, Shawn (Cindee) Paulsen, siblings, Maxine Corwin, Roy Paulsen, Carol Brugger, 14 grandchildren, their spouses, 17 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his parents, one brother and two brothers-in-law.
Graveside services will be held Friday, May 17, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. at Lindquist’s Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends may visit family Friday from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
