Noel Avila, 48 years of age passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2019 peacefully in his home where he was surrounded by his family. He was born April 30, 1971 in Huaniqueo, Michoacan.

He then came to Ogden, UT and married his beautiful wife Alma Avila. They had three children, Nohely , Kasandra, and Jacob. He also was the grandfather to Abel Ceja and Noe Avila.

Noel loved to play soccer and if he wasn’t playing it he was watching it. He loved spending time with his family laughing and always making everyone happy. He was the most loving and caring and strongest husband, father and grandpa anyone could ever ask for. He loved being a handyman always working on things around inside or outside of the house.  He will always be remembered and loved by all his family and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 514 24th Street. Friends may visit with family on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. with Rosary at 7 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
