Nora Eileen Christian Angle, 65, passed away Monday, December 6, 2010 at Davis Hospital from surgical complications.

She was born August 2, 1945 in McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania to James and Betty Deshong Christian.

On June 29, 1968, Eileen married Joseph Ray Angle in Hagerston, MD. They lived in Mercersburg from 1969 to 1985 then they moved to Garnes Road and moved to West Haven, Utah in 1994.

She worked at Parker Hannifin in the lab for several years. After that she decided to be a full time homemaker and she was excellent at that.

Eileen enjoyed reading a good book. She loved her grandchildren to see them grow up from a young age. She loved her dogs, Molly, Maggie, Sammy and Quincy. She even enjoyed her husband, Joe, raising baby horses and watching him play with them and start riding them. She really loved life.

Eileen is survived by her husband, Joseph; a son, Lon (Michiko) Angle, Lake Forrest, CA; two daughters, Nikki Angle, Sacramento, CA; and Marci McLaughlin, Carlisle, PA; five grandchildren, Jeremy, Ashly, Katelynn, Devon, Micah; and her mother, Betty Deshong Christian, McConnellsburg, PA.A¡A¡

She was preceded in death by her father, and a son-in-law, Kirby McLaughlin.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, December 11th at 2 p.m. at LindquistA¡A¯s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.

The family will meet with friends on Saturday from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. at the mortuary.
