In the early hours of November 7, 2016, our loving mother was taken to her heavenly home for a joyful reunion by her eternal companion, 12 years to the day of his passing.
Norma was born on December 23, 1925 to Hyrum Frederick and Etta Pearl Brown Jensen in her family home in Ogden, Utah. She married her eternal companion, LaVere F. Chase on April 27, 1946. Norma lived in many states and in Tripli, Libya, while supporting LaVere’s military career. She was a 26 year Breast Cancer survivor. During her lifetime, Norma overcame many life challenges.
Norma is survived by her children; David (Carol) Chase, Steven (Cathy) Chase, Paulette (Rick) Christiansen, and Tim Chase; 15 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
