Norma P. Kruitbosch

Norma P. Kruitbosch, 89, passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2016. She was born to Salvatore Rinzi and Eade Matteucci Pistoia on April 28, 1927, in Devils Slide, Utah, where she grew up.
She married John Kruitbosch in Elko, Nevada, on June 19, 1948. John passed away on April 20, 1997.
Norma was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served as a Primary Teacher and worked with the Cub Scouts. She was also a member of her children’s PTA.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and siblings and doing yard work. She was an avid doll collector.
Norma is survived by her sons, Gerrit John Kruitbosch, Endri (Jill) Kruitbosch, and George (Darci) Kruitbosch; daughters, Cindy K. (Larry) Read; 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, parents, and seven siblings.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
