Norma Mae Wilkes Webb

November 11, 1932 ~ December 29, 2015

Norma Mae Wilkes Webb returned home to her Heavenly Father on December 29, 2015, from causes incident to her age.  She was born in St. Charles, Idaho, on November 11, 1932, the oldest of three daughters of George LeRoy Wilkes and Velma Mae Lutz.  She graduated from Fielding High School.

She married Noel Early Webb in June 1952.  Norma and Noel lived in Ogden, settling in Washington Terrace in 1956, where they raised four children.

Norma was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Norma enjoyed country music.  She loved to camp, especially around Bear Lake where she grew up.  Norma had a soft spot for animals and loved her pets.  She enjoyed playing bingo with friends and family.

Norma is survived by her children, Leslie LeRoy (Susan) Webb, Wayne Nolan Webb, and Carolyn Webb; sister and brother-in-law, Bonnie and Roy Smith; and daughter-in-law, Sheri Webb Jensen.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Noel; daughter, Nancy Ann Barnes; and sister, Beverly.  Norma has eight grandchildren, Matt, Derrick, Tyler, Carson, Brian, Sheena, Melissa, and Emily and seventeen great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 4, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.  Friends may visit with family on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.   Interment, Laketown Cemetery on Tuesday, January 5th at 11 a.m.
