Norma Jeanne Craven Wood

November 27, 1928 ~ December 22, 2014

Norma passed away in her sleep the morning of December 22, 2014. She was born in Susanville, California on November 27, 1928. She is at peace and has joined her parents, sisters and brothers.

She is survived by her children, Sherrie Hawkins Cullen (Rodney), Danny N. Hawkins (Colleen), JoAnn Hawkins Lommel (Randy), and Debbie Hawkins Butz.  She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

She studied to be a nurse. Unfortunately, due to back issues, she was not able to pursue that career.  She retired from First Interstate Bank of Nevada in 1992.

After her retirement she traveled to parts of Europe and parts of the Western United States.  One of her favorite places to visit was Bodega Bay California. She and friends traveled there quite often.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2014 at 3 p.m. at Lindquist’s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Rd.  Friends may visit with family on Saturday from 2 to 2:45 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
