As one part of the universe that is aware of causes and effects, and of having choice in its actions, we are the only agents that can help to achieve an end to suffering.

I believe that we create our own meaning and purpose by the stories we tell ourselves, and the story I tell is one where peace, love, beauty, freedom and happiness are the goal of our existence.
