Olive W. Jensen-Lenox passed away February 20, 2016 at her home in Farmington, Utah.

She was born on February 11, 1930 in Farmington, Utah, to James LeRoy White and Vera Mann White.  She graduated from Davis High class of ’47 and married her high school sweetheart Donald P. Jensen on March 5, 1948.  Don, our father, a Davis County Deputy Sheriff, was killed in the line of duty May 5, 1971.   Olive later married  retired Davis County Deputy Sheriff, Thomas R. Lenox Jr. on February 8, 1984.  Tom passed away February 7, 1990.  She found joy digging in the dirt with her big knuckles and playing Buttons and Bows on her organ until she broke it.

Olive is survived by her children; Paula Wilkinson, Post Falls, ID; Jeannette J. Morrell, Willard, UT; Mark W. Jensen, Billings, MT; granddaughter Kelli Aspen Green, Spokane, WA; sister Ethelyn Samways, Tustin, CA; and brother-in-law Douglas R. Jensen, LaVerkin, UT. Preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, brothers Richard Karl White, Jay White,  John Stephen White and sister Hortense “Tensey” Olsen.

Following our mother’s wishes, no funeral was performed, burial at the Farmington City Cemetery.  Special thanks to “the barn people” Don, Joleen Robinson and Bart Robinson “her bodyguard”  with love for all the wonderful things you do.  Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary.
