Orpha Woolf Morgan

OGDEN- Orpha Woolf Morgan, 86, passed away Monday, January 28, 2008 at her home with her loving family around her.

She was born August 13, 1921 in Riverdale, Idaho to James and Bertha Packer Woolf.

Orpha attended school in Riverdale and Preston, Idaho.

She married Grant E. Morgan on September 14, 1940 in Franklin, ID. They were later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and was a faithful visiting teacher.

Orpha was a member of the Southern Pacific Old Timers Club. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting and dancing.

Surviving are her son, Grant James (Connie) Morgan, Ogden, UT; two daughters, Louise (Bob) Hansen, Rexburg, ID; Bonnie Morgan, Marin, CA; and one brother, Lynn Woolf, Abeline, TX. Also surviving are 14 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death are her husband, Grant E. Morgan, and her son, Jeffrey Lynn Morgan. She was also preceded in death by 7 brothers and 5 sisters.

Funeral services will be held February 1, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Lindquist Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.

Family and friends may call at the mortuary Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday morning from 9:45 t 10:45 a.m.

Interment at Lindquist Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
