Otis K. Hart

Otis K. Hart LAYTON – Otis K. Hart passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 after a long battle with cancer. Otis was born in Pocatello, Idaho on March 7, 1944. Otis served in our military for 22 ½ years. He retired with honors as a Master Sergeant in the U. S. Air Force. Otis was a very sensitive man and brought joy into all the lives he touched. He was a lover of animals especially dogs. He had three Cinder, Pogo, and Tootsi. His wife and dogs were his world. Otis met his wife Sandra through a mutual friend and they were married May 9, 1997. Otis was a man who was always ready to help where ever he could. He loved working with wood and took great pride in his skills and work. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lois Ione and George Chapman Hart. He is survived by his wife Sandra Hart of Layton; four daughters, one son and several grandchildren. Otis will be missed and never forgotten. Friends may call Monday, November 9, 2009 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road and pay their respects to the family.
