Pamela Louise Bargar, age 71 of Farmington, passed peacefully on Sunday November 18, 2018 at her home. She was born to Lt Col. Austin and Pierrette Norman on Dec 5, 1946 in San Antonio, Tx.
Pamela never met a stranger. She had a gift for making every person feel welcomed and loved. Being a military brat, she learned the love of travel at an early age. From Japan to Germany she explored the world and embraced the adventure.
Her greatest adventure was marrying the love of her life Carl Bargar. Over the course of 41 years they created a family of the most amazing children ever until their children had children.
Pam’s second greatest joy after her grandchildren, was working for Mervyns for over 25 years, she put such heart and soul into that job that she moved right up into management.
She is survived by her loving husband Carl, children Sabrina (Joel) Hornbeck, William (Emily) Bargar; grandchildren, Kylie Jacobsen, C.J. Jacobsen, Kenley Jacobsen, Maxwell Hornbeck, Curry Bargar, Dashiell Hornbeck, Carl Bargar, Atticus Hornbeck; great-grandchildren Saydee and Skyleigh Jacobsen; siblings Shirley (Ed) Alley, Pierrette (Gerald) Smith, Georgette (Jerry) Hanna, Jeanette (Scott) Singleton; in-laws Betty (Jerry) Jessop, John (Jill) Bargar, Gayanne Carter, Bob Bargar, and Flint (Pam) Bargar; many loving nieces and nephews; and four legged children KC, Jimmy, and Zelda.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 23, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main. Friends may visit family Friday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Farmington City Cemetery.
