Pamela Andrew Moore

Pamela Andrew Moore, 54, returned to her Heavenly Father peacefully, at home on Thursday, May 21, 2009 from apparent heart failure. She was born February 22, 1955 in Washington, D.C., the youngest daughter of Woodrow and Esther Faw. Following high school, Pam moved to Arkansas where she married Kenneth Floyd and had her first son, Michael. After they divorced she eventually moved to California where she met and married her eternal companion, Mike Moore. They moved to Utah in 1986 and were soon after sealed in the Ogden LDS Temple. Her favorite activity aside from gardening, quilting and home-schooling the younger children, was to be involved in service to others. She served in the Church in Primary and missionary callings, but her favorite was Compassionate Service Leader. She was also a hospice volunteer for Inspiration Hospice. Pam is survived by her husband, Michael Moore; her children, Benjamin (Charity) Moore, Beverly (Steven) Sanderson, Jason Moore, Erin (David) Graves, Emily Moore, Stephen Moore; six grandchildren; two sisters, Joan (Jim) Goodman, Judy (Robert) Calhoon; her best friends, Marcia Woods, Alice Miner; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Michael, a daughter, Rachael, and a sister, Sandra Reid. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 29th at 11:00 a.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South. Family and friends may call Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Clearfield City Cemetery.
