Pati Lynn Christensen Yorgason

Pati lost a long battle with breast cancer on Saturday, December 1, 2012.

She was born on September 26, 1950 in Shelley, Idaho to Dewey M. and Connie Ruth Christensen. She grew up in Shelley, and graduated from Shelley High School. She continued her education at Utah State University where she earned a degree in nutrition. She had a career as a dietitian, and she enjoyed the people she worked with.

She married Grant Elden Yorgason in the Logan temple on August 29, 1975. They have two beautiful daughters and six wonderful grandchildren. The true love and joy of her life has been her immediate family, and her extended family.

She is preceded in death by her father Dewey, her mother Connie, her mother-in-law Helen, a step-mother-in-law, Madeline and a brother-in-law, Matt.

She is survived by her beloved husband Grant, her daughters Kristine McWilliams (Kenny), Angela Allen (Robbie), her grandchildren: Easton, Carter, Noah, Grace, Cooper, and Preston, her father-in-law (Elden), her brother-in-law Jim (Linda), her wonderful brothers Gary (Jane), Davis (Lynette), other extended family, including nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 7, 2012 at 11 a.m. at the Kaysville Mt. Shadows Ward, 615 N. Flint Street. Friends may visit family on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 No. Main and Friday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the church. Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers family suggest donations be made to the American Cancer Society.

Thank you to her oncologist, Dr. Vincent Hansen and his staff for their work on her behalf and to her dear friend Susan Nielson for her help and support these many years, and to friends and neighbors, she is thankful for your friendship and support.
