LAYTON a€" Patricia Faye Crockett, 68, passed away Saturday, October 4, 2008 peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family after a valiant eight year fight with cancer. She was born October 7, 1939 to George Glen Bonner and Evelyn Elizabeth Lockett in Pioche, Nevada. She married DeeLynn Green on December 21, 1956, they divorced in 1968. Patricia married Dale Crockett on July 11, 1980 in Elko, NV.

Patricia resided in Layton and Kaysville; she attended Davis High School and was employed at Hill Air Force Base.

Patricia enjoyed movies and popcorn, Wendover trips with the girls especially playing Keno, she loved spending holidays with family, taking pictures, scrapbooking and spending time laughing with family and friends.

Survived by her husband Dale, two sons, Rick (Janice) Green, Kaysville; Tom (Sandi) Green, Farmington; one daughter, Tricia (Shaun) Steed, West Point, Grandchildren, Brittney (Adam) Starnes, Brooke (Quinn) Christensen, Haley (Mitch) Henderson, Texie Steed, Stetson Steed, Jackson Green, Abbey Green, Shandie (Stephen) Petty and Kasey Fox. Six great-grandchildren, two brothers, Clyde Burson and Robert Bonner and two sisters, Bonnie Dugan and Gloria Thomas, nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her son Steven Green, her parents, Auntie Faye Sorrow and a niece and a nephew.

The family would like to thank Dr. Vincent Hansen, his nurse Misty and his staff at McKay Dee Hospital also Pinnacle Hospice staff for their loving care and support to ensure her comfort.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 9, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 North Fairfield Road. Friends and family may call Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.
