Patricia Ann Gonzales returned home to the loving arms of her heavenly father on June 24th 2011, due to complications from rheumatoid arthritis and a brain tumor.
Pat was born to Jose Vicente Gonzales and Fedencia Gonzales of Roy on April 20 1962. A woman of sharp wit, style and intellectual mind, Pat was an amusing and loveable pal to be with. In her youth she was heavily involved in softball with a group of friends that lasted for years following graduation. Pat had a great appreciation for the outdoors and loved to camp and spend time on a mountain or down at the beach. A true and loyal sibling and friend she could be counted on for no matter what. Generous, kind and thoughtful; she would drop what she was doing to be of help to others.
On March 13, 2000 a three pound four ounce miracle baby boy was sent from heaven, she named him Maxwell Stockton Gonzales; an avid Utah Jazz fan, Pat paid homage to her favorite player, John Stockton. Max brought such joy and esteem to Pat; he truthfully saved her existence. Pat was a wonderful mother and spent every minute making sure Max had the best care achievable, Active in every aspect of his education Pat was the room mother the teachers called first; whether it was parties and presents or fishing at the pond; to an educational outing, Pat was always there. She taught him everything. Due to Pat''s diligence, he is so bright, clever and respectful. It is her hope that Max attends college and to continue to grow into a fine man she will be proud of.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving son Max; five siblings; Vince {Carole} Gonzales, Jim [Pat] Gonzales, Ben [Cheryl] Gonzales, Leonard [Jeanie] Gonzales, Josie [Ron] Gardiner. In addition, 7 nieces and 6 nephews whom love her dearly along with countless loving family members and friends including two very special friends, Bobbi and Sandy Wardleigh, all whom will miss her significantly.
