Paul Duane Harding

Paul Duane Harding, 70, passed away on December 22, 2014. He was born on October 30, 1944 in Evansville, Indiana, to Hershyl and Gladys Harding.
He served in the Navy and Air Force and entered service at the Naval Air Station in Pensacola, FL. He served in the Vietnam War in Phan Rang, Vietnam in 1969. He also served in Udorn, Thailand, in South Korea, McClellan AFB, Hill AFB and many other military stations around the world in both active and civilian service.
Paul married Sue Im in 1979 in Farmington, Utah. Their son Michael was born in 1981.
Paul was politically active and a member of the Republican Party. He was also a member of the American Legion, NRA, and VFW. He was a proud retiree of active and civilian services, dedicating 40 years to his country.
Paul enjoyed hunting, golfing, fishing, shooting, and the outdoors. He also enjoyed watching college football and boxing. He liked machining, fabrication, gunsmithing, and reloading. Paul also enjoyed spending time with his friends and family and sharing the activities he loved.
Paul is survived by his wife, Sue and son, Michael Harding of North Ogden.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit family on Saturday from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Utah Veterans Memorial Park at Camp Williams.
