Paxton Joshua Jablonski left this life while at home surrounded by his loving family, to be with his Heavenly Father on his uncle''s birthday, January 7, 2012.

Paxton was born October 28, 2011. He is our sweet little boy who blessed our lives for ten amazing weeks.

He loved to be rocked and listen to his stuffed animal, Scout, play music. In the short time he was here Paxton touched many lives. He had such a strong will to live. He will always be our tough guy.

Paxton is survived by his parents, Joshua and Danielle, sister, Adysen, grandparents, Jake "Danny" and Sheron Leyba, Gary and Lorie Hatcher, great-grandparents, Stan and Irene Groberg, Don and Linda Higley, uncles, Buck Ekstrom, Jonathan (Heather) Walters, Shaun Walters, aunts, Tina Leyba, Mindy (Shawn) Colby, Mikelle Hatcher, cousins, Emilee Walters, Tayven and Emmaus Colby.

He was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Jose and Fidelia Leyba and one sister, Kaybree.

The family would like to thank Primary Children''s, Intermountain Hospice and Dr. Stanley for all the care and support they gave our little boy.

Funeral services will be held Friday January 13th at 11 a.m. at the Roy 31st Ward Chapel, 3345 West 5200 South.

The family will meet with friends on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South and Friday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the church.

Interment, Clearfield City Cemetery.
