Phillip L. Clemons, Jr.
OGDEN a" Phillip Lee Clemons, Jr., 41, passed away Friday, June 12, 2009 at his home in Ogden, leaving behind a lifetime of struggles. Phillip was a kindhearted father, son, and brother who will be dearly missed.
Phillip was born November 27, 1967 in Roseburg, Oregon, to Sheryl A. Erick and Phillip Lee Clemons, Sr. Being the first child of three born to a military family, he lived in Germany, Virginia, Texas, and Oregon, before finally settling with his family in Ogden at the age of 15.
Phillip was educated in Ogden and had worked at the Olive Garden for the past year and a half. He truly enjoyed his job and the friendships made there.
Phillip had a passion for music and showed incredible talent in his drawings and writings. He enjoyed being outdoors and loved to snow ski, mountain bike and camp.
Phillip leaves behind three amazing and beautiful children, Andrew Seppich and Sydney Allred, both of Ogden; and Wyle Clemons of Roy.
He is also survived by his parents, Sheryl A. and Kenneth R. Erick, of Ogden; Phillip L. Clemons, Sr., of California; two sisters, Kimberly (Brody) Warren and Kristin (Ben) Brown, both of Syracuse; grandmother, Betty Holland of Oregon; several nieces and nephews, his former wife and good friend, Trisha Clark, and his special love, Diana.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and fraternal grandparents.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, June 17 at 3 p.m. at Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
Friends may call at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., on Wednesday from 1 to 2:30 p.m.
