Phoenix was a social butterfly, He had a smile for all. He could turn anyone's day around. If you were sad, discouraged, or upset, a few minutes with Phoenix would wash that all away. His journey may have been short, but his road was longer than most. Phoenix reached out and touched people all over the world, without ever leaving his bed.

Phoenix loved playing and had a way of convincing anyone in the room to get him up and out of bed. He occupied more real estate than any of his roommates, and utilized every square inch. He loved music and developed a strong relationship with his music therapist. Every time she would play her guitar, he would coo along with the music.

Phoenix's hobbies consisted of: playing, reading, music, watching everyone in the room, and all around hamming it up. He really loved Roxy and the time they spent together. Roxy was his therapy dog who always loved to cuddle up with Phoenix in bed.

Phoenix is survived by his loving Siblings Cass and Sparrow, Parents Ashley and Derek and many Grandparents, Cousins and other family members. Phoenix has been greeted by his Aunts Jammie and Cassandra, and his Uncle Phillip.

We would like to send special gratitude to our NICU family at Primary Children's Hospital, they worked so hard to take such great care of Phoenix and they loved him so dearly.

Phoenix, Mommy and Daddy love you so much, we are so happy that you chose us as your parents.
