Phyllis Allen

Phyllis Elaine Allen, age 79, passed away on December 12, 2017.

She is survived by her brother Norman Baker, son Paul (Renee) Allen, daughter Margaret (Daniel) Keene, and her grandchildren, Melissa, Noah, Kristen and Katelin.  Preceded in death by her husband Ralph, sister Margaret June, and brothers Raymond and Larry.

Phyllis Allen was born on December 17, 1937 to Margaret and Noel Baker.  Married Ralph Allen and had two children.  Phyllis was very active and always giving her time to the community.  She volunteered at the Senior Center and at JA Taylor Elementary School.  She was active at the First Baptist Church of Bountiful, the local Red Hat Society and Beta Sigma Phi Sorority Chap. Iota Master.

She will be remembered as a loving mother, sister, grandma and friend.  She was loved and will be missed by many.  The family would like to thank all for their thoughts, love and prayers during her recent illness.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, December 16, 2017 at the First Baptist Church of Bountiful, 1915 S. Orchard Dr. Bountiful, Utah.  Friends may visit family Friday, Dec. 15th from 6-8 pm at Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E.  Interment Bountiful City  Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers the family suggests that donations may be made to the Bountiful Food Pantry at: 480 E. 150 N.
