It is with great sadness that the family of Phyllis Ruby O''Fallon Johnson announce her passing on May 27, 2011, at Ogden Regional Hospital. Phyllis was born on January 19, 1922 in Taber, Alberta, Canada, married George L Johnson on April 28, 1941, in Wallace, ID, lived in Coeur D'' Alene, ID, Seattle WA, and later moved to Ogden, Utah.

She is survived by five grandchildren, six great grandchildren, two sisters Lennis McCleod, Coeur D'' Alene, ID, and Betty Schallock, El Cajon, CA., four daughters, Darla Faulhaber, Liberty, MO, Denise Green, Huntsville, UT., Geri Johnson, Wash. D.C., Jill Kienast, Bangkok, Thailand and Providence, UT, and her dearest friend, Belinda Fierro, of North Ogden.

Phyllis was an avid gardener, amazing cook, and an excellent seamstress who sewed clothes for all of her daughters and their Barbie dolls. She had a long career in the retail industry, selling jewelry for Gibsons Discount Store and cosmetics for the Bon Marche and ZCMI. Her lasting advice to "just put Elizabeth Arden''s Eight Hour Cream on it" will be fondly remembered, if not always followed, by all of her daughters.

Phyllis was a member of the L.D.S. church, a descendant of Brigham Young''s sister, Rhoda Young, an exceptionally loving and devoted wife and mother, who was always available to guide her daughters and grandchildren through life''s trials and tribulations and will be greatly missed by all of her family and numerous friends.

Phyllis will be remembered at a graveside service on Tuesday May 31, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Ogden City Cemetery.
