Randy von Niederhausern

Randy Joseph von Niederhausern

Our eternal brother and friend, Randy passed peacefully from this existence and returned home to his Father in Heaven on Saturday September 12, 2015 of natural causes at the tender age of 38.

Randy Joseph von Niederhausern was born on February 12, 1977 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Lorna Potter Niederhauser and Bradley Joseph Niederhauser. He was the second of three children and grew up in Clearfield, Utah. He obtained his GED and later graduated high school from the DATC in 1999. His greatest passions in life were his love for animals and love for humanity. Even at his lowest points he would extend his hand to help anyone in need. He befriended everyone who crossed his path. He was a kind and gentle soul and touched many lives with his generosity and compassionate disposition.

He is survived by his parents Brad and Lorna Niederhauser; his grandmother Joyce Niederhauser; his sisters Kimberly Von Niederhausern and Camarine (Jonathan Gailey) Hill; nieces Brittany (David) Monsen and Chloe Hill; nephews Jarrod Robbins and Joshua Hill; great nephew Caleb Robbins and his beloved service dog Faith. Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins as well as countless friends who, to him, truly were his family also survive him.

He is preceded in death by grandparents Lawrence (Elma) Potter and Elmer Von Niederhausern; uncles Gail, Kenneth and Stanley Potter and Gregory Niederhauser; Aunt Glenda Olsen and several cousins. He is also preceded in death by his dogs who were his world Paula, Tomahawk, Saida, TJ, and Shawnie. He is now forever joined with his best friend and brother Zachary Johnson.

The last few months of his precious life he found comfort and joy within the walls of The Living Faith Ministry. We ask that in lieu of flowers that you would please send any donations to this wonderful congregation.  Please make donations to the Wasatch Peak Credit Union in Acct #49762/Randy 2-02.
