Raymond Leroy Crezee

Raymond Leroy Crezee passed away September 19, 2024, in Marietta, GA. He was born November 9, 1954, in Ogden, UT, to Alva and LaDonna Plyer Crezee.  

He was born at Dee Memorial Hospital on November 9, 1954. He spent the majority of his life living in the Ogden Valley. He attended Madison Elementary, Central Junior High, and graduated from Ogden High School in the class of 1973 where he lettered in multiple sports. 

Ray retired after 38 years in Civil Service as a Journeyman Electrician and Integrated Systems Mechanic at Hill AFB, in Clearfield, UT.  

He enjoyed traveling with family, exploring new cuisines, and spending time with friends. He had a deep love for his dogs and never missed a good sports game. With a heart full of love, he had a gift for making everyone around him laugh.  

Ray is survived by his two children, daughter, Shantay (Steven) Cain; son, Christopher (Sydney) Crezee; brother, Dennis Crezee; two sisters, RaNae Hackwell and JaNae Waters; four grandchildren, Michael, Chelsie, Owen, and Henry; and his dog, Max. 

He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, father, and his brother, Leon. 

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Wednesday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.
