OGDEN a€" Raymond Paul Gallegos, 90, our beloved Dad, Grandpo'', and Great-Grandpo'', passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 11, 2007 in Ogden.

He was born August 9, 1917 in David, New Mexico, a son of Antonio Pablo and Ramoncita Gallegos.

He was married to Carrie Pacheco in December of 1945 and they later divorced.

Raymond valued hard work, good laughs, loving family, and living simply. He enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, working with his hands, and practical jokes.

Surviving are his children, Rocky Gallegos, Larry (Sharon) Gallegos, and Betty Clawson; 16 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, six brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.

Friends may call at the mortuary on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.

Interment, Lindquist''s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road, where Military Honors will be accorded.
