Rev Elizabeth M. Dalaba passed away peacefully into the Lord''s hands on May 7, 2013.

Elizabeth was born on July 10, 1919 in Wilmington, Delaware to Mary and Joseph Mahrer.

She graduated from the University of Maryland also attended George Washington University, the University of Southern California and Weber State College in Utah.

She was President of VFW Ladies Auxiliary and a lifetime member since 1969. In 1981 she was ordained into the Priesthood Episcopal Church. She was the first female in the Utah Dioceses and a member since 1966.

Elizabeth was employed by Edward AFB and Hill AFB as a chemist for 33 years.

She married Carl H. Dalaba in 1950. They had three sons.

Surviving her are three sons, Richard, Ogden, Utah; Bradford (Cindy), Elko, Nevada; Erick (Barbara) Jewel, Iowa; 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Preceded in death by her parents, sister, Pat and husband, Carl.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, May 25, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the St. Peters Episcopal Church, 1579 S. State Street, Clearfield, Utah.

Services entrusted to Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road, Layton, Utah.
