Our beautiful baby girl passed away on September 26, 2014, at Primary Children’s Hospital.  She was born in Ogden, Utah to Louis Martin Caballero and Mystic Shantelle Sorensen on September 3, 2014.

Rhumer is survived by her parents; her siblings, Roman Caballero, Isaiah Caballero, Zoey Caballero, Kellan Wilkey, and Andres Trejo; great-grandmother, Carlota Baca; grandparents, Louisa Rivera, Carole and Clint Sorensen; and aunts and uncles, Image Sorensen, Valentino Leyba, Cypriano Lyba, and Carmen Caballero.

Rhumer is preceded in death by aunt, Leona Cole.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday, October 3, 2014, at 11 a.m. on Friday at the Ogden City Cemetery, 1875 Monroe Blvd.  Friends may visit with family on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
