Richard Kay Ferguson, 78, of Roy, Utah passed away at home on Friday, December 2, 2016.

Richard was born in Orem, Utah on August 19, 1938.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 58 years, Donnetta R. Ferguson, his son Jason Kay Ferguson, daughter Nicole Delgado, five grandchildren, Jasmin Delgado, Bailey Ferguson, Alize' Delgado, Shad Ferguson, Cristiano Pacheco, three brothers, Don Ferguson, Clifford Ferguson, Veral Ferguson, and two sisters Betty Anderson and Dorene McClure.

Richard was retired from the Alpine school district, and proudly served in the National Guard.

We would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to AFI Advanced care, and especially his nurse, Heidi and Aide, Rhonda.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South. The family will meet with friends Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.
