Rick was born April 27, 1959, in Salt Lake City, the youngest of five children of Edward Leo Sr. and Ruth Bain Mabey Rick married his sweetheart, Camille Forsgren, in the Bountiful LDS Temple on June 15, 1996. They were blessed with two precious children. He lived most of his life in Salt Lake City, graduating from Skyline High School and Westminster College where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. He also worked at the University of Utah Medical Center in the Emergency Department and the Neuron-Intensive Care Unit. Rick was a member of the Cary, North Carolina 1st Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Rick loved life. He had a great sense of humor. He loved his family more than life itself. Rick loved a good joke and especially loved to tease. He often said, “I only tease the ones I love the most”.
