Our beautiful son, brother, uncle, grandson & friend moved on from this temporary life July 30, 2011 after a long courageous battle with diabetes to return to his Heavenly Father and to the loving arms of cherished grandparents anxiously awaiting his arrival.
Rick was in a hurry to join his family arriving 2 months early on Feb. 21, 1967 to Merlin and Judy loper. He spent his life fiercely protecting, loving and caring for family and friends. He is known for his loyalty, his fun loving, teasing playful character leaving laughter and a smile on all those who''s heart he touched.
