Rickey A. Gough
OGDEN – Rickey A. Gough moved on to a more peaceful place, Wednesday, March 9, 2011, following a long battle with diabetes.
Born to Kenneth L. and Barbara A. Gough on July 26, 1952, Rickey grew up and lived in Ogden where he attended and graduated from Ben Lomond High School and attended Weber State University.
Rickey retired from the Internal Revenue Service after many years of service.
In 1973, Rickey married Christine Bertagnolli. They later divorced.
Rickey enjoyed fishing, hiking and watching WWE.
Surviving are his daughter, Carrie A. Gough; son, Jason A. (Jennifer) Gough; one grandson who was his shining star, Tasen. Also surviving is his companion of 16 years, Debra Mohatt and Christine who stood by his side until the end of his journey.
Also surviving are his mother, two brothers and one sister.
Preceding Rickey in death were his father, one brother and one sister.
Rickey’s wishes were to be cremated.
Memorial services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
Family will meet with friends at the mortuary on Sunday from 1 to 2 p.m.
Inurnment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd., at a later date where a private family committal service will be held.
