Ricky Robert Harris

December 14, 1954 ~ April 23, 2015

Ricky Robert Harris, age 60, returned to the loving arms of his Heavenly Father and the warm embrace of his mother, Faye Williams Harris, and father, M. Robert Harris on April 23, 2015.  He was born on December 14, 1954 in Ogden, Utah.  Ricky was a gifted guitar player and taught lessons for a time.  He especially enjoyed the recent opportunity to teach his nephew, and was proud of his accomplishments.

He is survived by his son, Val Harris; his three sisters, Patsy Iannone, Dixie (Harold) Finch, and Roberta Ann Smith; and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his mother and father, grandparents, and a great-nephew.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, May 8, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.  Friends may visit with family on Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.
