Robert Lee Bizzell

Robert Lee Bizzell died on May 3, 2017 after a long battle with dementia.

Robert lived a life of service, beginning with the U.S. Air Force where he served for 23 years.  His many assignments took him and his family around the world, where he developed a love of photography.  After retiring he went on to work for the State of Utah where he was a counselor at Job Corp and then a Veteran’s counselor for Job Service, a job he felt a great responsibility and love for.

Robert was known for his big smile, teasing ways and service to others.  He was a member of the LDS Church where his talents for organizing had him serve in many bishoprics and high council.

The family wishes to thank the amazing staff at the George E. Wahlen Veterans home.  Their love for Bob was always evident, their care for him so sincere, we cannot thank you enough.

Graveside services will be held Monday, May 8, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Kaysville City Cemetery, 500 E. Crestwood Road.

Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
