Robert Howard Pickard "Bob"

Bob Pickard passed peacefully away on Friday, March 13, 2009 in Clearfield, Utah. Bob was born January 24, 1921, in Casper, Wyoming and lived his early years in the small oil field towns of northern Wyoming before moving to his beloved Montana.

He was a veteran of World War II having served in the US Army Air Corps in the South Pacific.

He married the love of his life, Norma Lee Passey, on March 12, 1947 and resided in Clearfield for the remainder of his life.

Bob is survived by his loving wife, their four children and spouses: Greg Pickard, Neil (Leone) Pickard, Dana (Rhonda) Pickard, Shelley (Blaine) Anderson and also his sister, Johnanna Johnson, as well as 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, a sister; Nelle Yvette Graham and a son, Robert Brad Pickard.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 19, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends and family may call Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.
