Robert D. Van Leeuwen " Bob"

Robert "Bob" Van Leeuwen passed away May 20, 2010 from complications of a stroke.

Born October 29, 1928 at home in Salt Lake City, Utah to Richard and Catherina DeNos Van Leeuwen. Married Phyllis Nuttall, October 17, 1950. They were the parents of three children Pam, Bob Jr., and Kent.

Bob worked as a pipefitter for Local 57 and for Hercules, Inc. for 28 years. He enjoyed his Wednesday golf with Wayne, Janette and Jerry.

He is survived by his children Pam (Mark) Evans, Bob Jr. (Sherry) and Kent (Becky) Van Leeuwen; nine grandchildren, Cody, Casey, Matt, Holly, Kelli, Jared, James, Devan and Adayla; two great-grandchildren Rebecca Joy and Nina; sister Gertie Spratt, brother-in-law Jerry (Janette) Nuttall, sister-in-law Shirley Van Leeuwen and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his wife Phyllis, brothers Richard and George Van Leewuwen.

Gravesides services will be held 11 am Monday, May 24, 2010, at the Bountiful City Cemetery, 2224 S. 200 W. Friends and family may visit Sunday, May 23rd from 6-8 pm at Lindquist''s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. and Monday from 9:30-10:30 am prior to services.
