Robert "Bob" Marsing

Robert "Bob" Marsing passed away on January 13, 2013. Bob joined the family of June and Edith Marsing on February 12, 1930 in Wellington, Utah.

His growing up years were spent largely on ranches in Southern Utah. Bob was a cowboy through and through.

He was proud of being in the Army during the Korean Conflict. His adult years were spent primarily in Utah, Oregon and Colorado.

Bob is survived by his wife, Joyce; children, Jessie (Don) Peter, David (Mary) Marsing, Dennis (Nancy) Baldwin, Rebecca (M. K.) Fadel, and Ruth (Robert) Beebe; 8 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; sisters, Norma (Lester) Bryan, June Barton and Sherma Eves and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his sons, Bobby June and Timothy Wayne; parents, sisters, Rosalee and Lois and great-granddaughter, Monica.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 17, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Willard 4th Ward, 300 North 100 West. Friends may visit with family on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. and Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church.

Interment, Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
