Robert Wilburt Reinacher

June 17, 1931 ~ June 20, 2018

Robert Wilburt Reinacher, 87, passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2018.  He was born on June 17, 1931 in Buffalo, New York to Raymond William and Gladys La Press Reinacher.

He married Phoebe Kay Keyes on February 7, 1953 in Ogden, Utah.  She passed away on July 25, 2011.   He married Lynda Jolley Worden on February 7, 2015 in Roy, Utah.

Robert lived in many places including: Buffalo, New York; Naples, Italy; Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio; Edwards Air Force Base, California; Clearfield, Utah and Ogden, Utah.

He retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years.  He also worked as a bus driver for UTA.

Robert was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  He loved volunteering at the Family History Center where he served a mission.  He also enjoyed golfing, fishing, bowling, softball and he loved to dance.

Robert is survived by his wife, Lynda; sons: Shane (Angee) Worden; Randy Reinacher; Bertley “Ken” (Claudia) Reinacher; daughters; Peggy (Willard) Emery; Cindy Foxley; Lori (Geoffrey) DeBry; Mistie Bybee;  and Tiffanie (Chris) Bybee; 35 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren; brothers, Michael Reinacher and Richard Reinacher; and sister, Helen Reinacher. He is preceded in death by his wife, Phoebe K. Keyes; his parents; one son, Steven R. Reinacher, and one grandson, Derrick Bybee; brothers: Raymond, Thomas, Paul, and Kenneth.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.  Family will meet with friends on Friday, June 22, 2018 from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.  Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
