Robert Lee Sangberg

May 11, 1929 ~ July 15, 2014

Our loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather, and brother, Robert Lee Sangberg, 85, passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2014.  He was the son of Joseph O. and Verda Alice Ramsden Sangberg, born on May 11, 1929 in Ogden.

Robert grew up and lived his entire life in the Ogden area.

Robert married JoAnn Arnold on November 8, 1947 in Las Vegas, Nevada.  They were married 66 years.

He owned and operated plumbing and heating contractor business, H.O. Sangberg and Sons.  He also worked at ATK for 10 years.  He was a member of Thiokol Retirees Club.

Robert enjoyed golfing, traveling, reading, and walking.

Robert is survived by his loving wife, JoAnn Sangberg, Washington Terrace; sons, Scott Lee (Stephanie) Sangberg, Pleasant View; and David A. (Becky) Sangberg, Brigham City; daughter, Deborah Ann (Kelly) Kruger, Chandler, AZ; seven grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren, and brother, Richard Sangberg.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Rex Sangberg.

Private family graveside services will be held.  Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.
